31 Swiss, the oil of 31 herbs

How do I use 31 Swiss?

Always externally. A few drops neat on the skin, or diluted in water (bath, foot bath, diffuser) or in a neutral oil for massage. Start with a few drops: you need less than you think.

How many drops?

Bath: 5–10 drops in the tub. Massage: 3–5 drops in a tablespoon of almond or olive oil. Diffuser or bowl of hot water: 2–3 drops. Sauna or shower: one drop. In your cream, shampoo or a glass of water for rinsing: one drop.

Can it be swallowed?

No. 31 Swiss is for external use only. For mouth rinsing, one drop in a glass of water, then spit it out.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Always use it diluted and test it first on a small patch of skin. It contains essential oils and allergens declared on the label. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin, and keep it away from eyes and mucous membranes.

Can I use it during pregnancy, while breastfeeding or on children?

It is not suitable for small children. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, write to me before using it: it depends on what you want to use it for.

How long does a bottle last?

A 100 ml bottle is enough for over 200 applications. Keep it closed, away from heat and direct light.

Is it the same as other "31 oils"?

No. There are many 31-herb oils; 31 Swiss is registered in Switzerland and Swiss pharmacies can order it through the official distribution channel. The 31 herbs are listed one by one on the label.

Lacbio, the lactic ferments

How many vials a day?

Adults: one vial twice a day, before meals. Children: one vial a day before the main meal. A pack of 10 covers five days for an adult and ten for a child.

How do I open the vial?

The cap holds the powder with the ferments. Press the cap firmly so the powder drops into the liquid, shake well, unscrew and drink. The ferments stay alive because they only mix with the liquid at that moment.

Can I take it together with an antibiotic?

Yes, but not at the same time: leave at least three hours after the antibiotic, otherwise the antibiotic also kills the ferments. Continue for the whole course and for a week afterwards. Lacbio does not replace the therapy prescribed by your doctor: do not stop or change the antibiotic on your own.

Does it need to be kept in the fridge?

No. Store it at room temperature, away from heat and direct light. That is why it is handy when travelling.

Does it contain lactose or gluten?

No, neither lactose nor gluten. It contains fructose. The flavour is cherry, and children like it.

What exactly does it contain?

15 billion lactic ferments per vial, ten strains declared one by one (including Lactobacillus reuteri, acidophilus, rhamnosus, Saccharomyces boulardii and Bifidobacterium longum), FOS and inulin to feed the ferments, vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12.

During pregnancy, breastfeeding and for small children?

Write to me before using it and I will answer case by case.

Sal 29 Perfect Lips, the lip stick

How do I use it?

Like an ordinary lip balm: three times a day, for at least 30 consecutive days. It also works as a base under lipstick.

When do I see results?

According to the manufacturer, after about 30 days of regular use; the effect lasts up to two months after stopping and consolidates with continued daily use.

I feel a slight warmth after applying it: is that normal?

Yes, it is linked to the product's activity. If irritation appears instead, stop using it.

Is it a medical treatment?

No, it is a cosmetic: a daily alternative to fillers, without needles. Not recommended for children, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or on chapped or injured lips.
