Dr.Migliore offers a limited right of return. Please understand that we cannot accept returns of items in all cases. The conditions for the return are as follows:

Unlimited right of return

• Return of a non-defective item

• The product is in its original unopened and undamaged packaging

• Receipt of the product dates back to a maximum of 14 calendar days

• The product is in its original open or damaged packaging

• The product is not used (new) and has no traces of use

• The accessories supplied are all available

• Receipt of the product dates back to a maximum of 14 calendar days

No right of return

• Used products

• Original packaging not available

• The supplied accessories are missing

• Open sealed or welded items

• Resumption deadline expired

The return of the goods attached to the delivery note / return authorization note must take place exclusively at the address indicated by the customer service. This is done at the expense and risk of the customer - Dr. Best recommends shipping by registered mail.

In the following cases, Dr. Migliore will cover the return costs:

• Receipt of a different or unsorted item (incorrect delivery)

• Receipt of a defective item (DOA)

• Receipt of an incomplete article

• Incorrect article data in the online shop (incorrect description)
